I always go a size bigger than I need but this does have some stretch so you're pretty much safe with getting around with what you think you need your size to be. The nude color is great for wearing under anything pretty much because the color is disguised and goes well with your skin tone and is really good to hide under white colored clothes. This has tons of stretch and the materials are really soft and comfortable. It may not work as a dress tight for most figures but it does at least work for a cami to hold things in. The thin spaghetti straps are really nice and that they're able to be hidden under whatever you need. No need to be worried unless it's a strapless outfit. This works and holds you in.
